Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.


Order Changes and Cancellations:
You have the flexibility to cancel your order until it is processed and shipped. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Unwanted products:
If you decide you no longer want the product you received, you can return it at your expense to our warehouse. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will refund the cost of the item (minus shipping fees).


Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


If the packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.


Missing Order:
If your package is marked as delivered but you claim to have not received it, please submit a claim with the shipping carrier directly. As a retailer, if you do not report the issue within the specified time frame, we will consider the order delivered and satisfactory.

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by you.
  • Non-delivery due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as delays caused by natural disasters.
  • Damaged or incorrect product:
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please provide photo evidence within 14 days of receiving the item. Once your claim is approved, we will issue a refund.

To request a refund, return, or exchange:

  • Contact our Customer Support team via email at support@trapbands.com, including any required evidence.
  • After we approve your request, return the product to our warehouse (the address will be provided to you).
  • Provide us with the tracking number once you have shipped the item back.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly process a replacement shipment or issue a refund (minus shipping costs) to your original payment method.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
